Current QREAL Promotions

Quantum has a number of promotions for QREAL clients; see below, for a few;

1. SMSF setup for $1,000

If you purchase a property under QREAL, Quantum will setup a SMSF for $1,000.

This will include

Trust deed (exclude any stamping);
Minutes;
Application Forms;
Open Bank accounts;

2. Free Share Trading, nil commissions up to value of $1,000.

If you purchase a property under QREAL, Quantum via Qsmart Securities Pty Ltd (AFSL # 307 396) will open a direct share trading account for ASX listed shares, and credit you with $1,000 to cover share trading transaction costs.

3. Rebate of Loan Fees, up to $250 per Loan.

If you purchase a property under QREAL, Quantum via Quantum Investment Solutions Pty Ltd (ACL# 305 605) will credit you with $250 against any loan costs in arranging a loan for your new investment property under QREAL.

4. Rebate of Conveyance Costs, up to $500 per Property.

If you purchase a property under QREAL, Quantum (on selected properties) will credit you with $500 against any Conveyance costs, for your new investment property under QREAL.

The Process

STEP 1

Quantum Identifies the project and completes due diligence. Project profit is agreed. PDS is issued.

STEP 2

Investor chooses their apartment and pays 10% deposit. Contract of sale provides for a rebate.

STEP 3

Investor pays their project equity amount.

STEP 4

Project is constructed.

STEP 5

Project completes. Investor settles their apartment at contract price 10% deposit less agreed for a rebate.

Independent Research

The QREAL program offers investors the opportunity to invest into selected residential apartment projects and purchase an apartment at a substantial reduction to the typical market price.

Quantum may engage independent research firms or has provided sourced information on each development project.
